Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select Sophric → tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open Sophric → Settings tab → AccountDelete Account. This permanently removes your data from our servers. Your Apple subscription must be cancelled separately in the iOS Settings app.

Is my data private?

Yes. Mind entries and journal content are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is not sold, is not used to train AI models without your explicit consent, and is deleted from AI processing servers after 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

What is Founder Pricing?

The first 1,000 subscribers can lock in Sophric at a reduced rate for as long as their subscription stays active — not just for a promotional period. Founder pricing is permanent and non-transferable. You can see your subscription status in the app under Settings → Account.

I'm not receiving accountability ping emails.

Email pings require you to add an accountability partner in the app (SettingsAccountability). Check your partner's email address for typos. Contact support@sophric.com if pings aren't arriving after 24 hours.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Sophric → SettingsRestore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.

Something isn't working. How do I report a bug?

Email support@sophric.com with a description of what happened, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots are helpful but not required.
