Subprocessors & Third-Party Data Processors

Sophric sends user-submitted content to third-party AI services to generate responses. Your content is processed by Anthropic (primary AI provider). If Anthropic is unavailable, OpenAI is used as a fallback. Neither provider uses your content to train their models under our paid API agreements.

Transactional emails (accountability pings to your nominated partner) are delivered via Resend.

Sophric uses the following third-party data processors:

• Supabase — database, authentication, server-side logic
• Anthropic — primary AI: processes text content you submit to the app
• OpenAI — fallback AI: processes text content if primary is unavailable
• Resend — email delivery for accountability notifications
• Mixpanel — anonymised product analytics
• Sentry — crash and error reporting
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple — authentication (Sign in with Apple) and payment processing
